Contingency Search
These services can incorporate most of the same services offered in retained search, however typically the client does not require that we get as involved in the complete process. These fees are payable only after successful completion of a search.
Talent Scout
This is a unique service that we offer.
With over 40 years of national and international search experience, we have learned a lot about identifying talent. Talent Scouts for professional sport teams are constantly looking for specialized talent to mach specific needs.
We do the same thing for our corporate clients. We lean your needs, culture, skill profiles and career opportunities and then constantly scout for talent that meets your needs, both current vacancies as well as future, anticipated needs.

Retained Search
This is our most comprehensive service and typically includes development of a Performance Profile.
A Performance Profile assists you to very specifically define the job, detailed candidate analysis and background checks and deep involvement throughout the process to include offer negotiations.
These services require advance fees and progress fees during the course of the search, with a final fee due upon successful completion of the search.
