Job Description: Use your multi-business unit expertise to plan, direct and lead a variety of business activities for approximately 200 small box retailed stores.  You'll be doing this through your leadership of six to ten District Managers who have full P&L responsibility.

As part of the scope of your responsibilities you'll have the charter to execute strategic company initiatives while driving superior customer service in a culture of superior customer service through fun, friendly stores.

You'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes very strong benefits, company vehicle, relocation assistance and a bonus opportunity up to approximately $20K.  This will require weekly travel with limited overnight stays throughout your assigned territory.

What You'll Need
At least 7 years of retail experience with full P&L management experience that includes at least 4 years of multi-business unit background.  Your background should have come from a big box retailer.

This also includes prior regional management experience or District Manager experience from a big box retail background and a Bachelors degree.
