You'll need either a Ph.D. or MD and 15+ years of chemical warfare agent research and knowledge of public health and biochemistry as well as medical countermeasure products. This includes an understanding of management of chemical toxin threats and attacks, a strong background in Biochemistry, Toxicology, Enzymology, Physiology, or Pharmacology.
