Job Description: This is a key corporate role tasked with being a driver of change where you will be strategically implementing best practice by leading a team of procurement professionals who are responsible for logistics, freight and fleet services that includes a spend of approximately $100 million.

You and your team will be responsible for a variety of services and freight modes to include truck, rail, inter-modal, internal fleet and customs/freight brokerage services. You will be implementing a career management program, implementing a fleet management program as well as a variety of other challenging goals.

Here's what you will need
A Bachelors degree (MBA a plus) and 10+ years experience in logistic, operations management and/or procurement. You'll need deep expertise in negotiating and managing contracts and must be able to apply complex quantitative analyses such as total cost modeling, forecasting or product planning. Your analytical skills and well as strategic thinking and change management will round out the background that will allow you to excel in this role.
