Job Description: As a Subcontracts Manager you'll have a key and challenging lead role as part of the Program Management office.  This includes subcontract negotiation and subcontract definition that ensures the desired contract objectives are achieved. 

Your Subcontracts will vary in size from $5M to $50M+ and you must be able to manage several large subcontracts simultaneously. You will be the primary contractual point of contact in dealing with subcontractors.

You will be involved in subcontract management support in both pre-proposal and post award activities.  This means participation in Request for Proposal (RFQ), negotiation, administration and general business process for new and continuing subcontract obligations. 
Here's what you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience managing large, complex subcontracts (performance responsibilities, detailed progress and cost reporting requirements)
* Experience in dealing with U.S. Government based Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement subcontracts
* First-hand knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, knowledge of U.S. Government and commercial procurement methods, and strong quantitative analysis skills
* Knowledge of EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
* Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance
