Job Description: Use your multi-retail store expertise to assist individual store managers to grow a highly-effective team of associates for 10- 20 stores. This is an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your ability to recruit store managers and also build talent at the store level.

As part of the scope of your responsibilities you'll have the charter to help execute individual store growth initiatives while driving superiour customer service in a culture of superior customer service through fun, friendly stores.

You'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes very strong benefits, company vehicle, relocation assistance and a bonus opportunity up to approximately $24K. This will require weekly travel with limited overnight stays throughout your assigned territory.

What You'll Need
At least 4 years of retail experience in a grocery, drug or big box retailing environment where you've had full P&L management experience. While fluency in English is required, knowledge/fluency in Spanish would be a definite plus.
