Job Description: High profile Human Resource partnership role working at the business strategy level by becoming a key partner with top business leaders in support of commercial and manufacturing client groups in a multinational corporate matrix environment.

This will involve connecting business strategy and people strategy in every aspect of the business. This includes supporting management in forecasting and planning their talent pipelines to support current and projected business strategy. You will help drive implementation of long-term initiatives that are aligned with the strategic agenda.

You'll be involved in every aspect of organizational development by helping drive innovation by providing employees with development opportunities to ensure they are ready to meet current and future career opportunities.

This is a true HR partner role for a generalist with 10 – 15 years of progressive experience and a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred). You'll have a strong track record in organizational development / effectiveness and change management particularly in conception and successful implementation of targeted initiatives. Your experience must have been in support of commercial and manufacturing client groups within a multinational corporate matrix environment.

You'll have been successful in providing a clear and comprehensive link between HR and business strategy which will require a demonstrated ability to engage, inspire and influence people.
