What you'll need
A demonstrated engineering expertise in electric generators and/or motors.  This includes experience with electromagnetic equipment and experience working in a manufacturing environment as well as prior background in commercial negotiation with customers.

Of course you'll need a Bachelors degree and prior engineering management experience and be capble of providing leadership to a group of 10+ engineers, designers and technicians with a mix of mechanical, electrical, electronics backgrounds.  You'll be operating in a lean six sigma environment.
