My name is Carl Bradford and I am the founder and President of Bradford Consulting.  Our firm is somewhat unique that we have an executive and technical search capability as well as expertise in advising and training corporate HR departments in Performance Based hiring methods.

Besides pure search engagements, I have completed a number of consulting projects for large, Fortune clients as well as smaller, mid-market clients. These engagements have typically been in partnership with Lou Adler President of The Adler Group and a well-known author, speaker and employment industry visionary.

You’ll find more about our consulting expertise  in our Recruiting Services section where we discuss Performance Hiring methods.  I work extensively with Lou on numerous consulting engagements and contribute to his firm’s overall capability in this area.  This includes training (on and off-site) and recruiting department and recruiting systems analysis.

Here’s a brief overview of my diverse experience which spans over 40 years.

Executive Search Consultant

I have completed hundreds of recruiting assignments for a broad assortment of positions including Presidents, COO, VP and mid-management for established as well as emerging, high-growth in the Information Technology/Consulting, Engineering, Telecommunications, Internet/E-Business/E-Commerce, Oil/Gas/Energy, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Financial industries.  I quickly adapt to complex, technology-oriented search assignments.

This experience includes providing corporate leadership to both US and International recruiting programs as Director of HR and Staffing Manager.

VP Training -  Global Franchise Organization

As VP Training for one of the United States oldest franchise organizations, I was able to quickly understand the intricacies of their diverse business and then subsequently revise and update their new franchisee training program.  My role also required playing a key role in the new franchisee sales process.

Recruiter Certification

As part of my role as National Director with The Adler Group, I review and approve all Adler Certification in Performance Based hiring.  This includes certifying corporate recruiting teams throughout the USA and Canada.  I can put this expertise to work for you and your hiring team.

I am also certified in Lou Adler’s Performance Based hiring using the recruiting and selection methodology developed by Lou.  I routinely work with Lou on the Adler Group’s consulting engagements.
